Please Note
-
All Beyond Chapter programs provide education, feedback, and direction for your projects and application process, and do not guarantee admission, scholarships, visa issuance, or employment outcomes at any particular school or company.
-
Mentors guide the direction and improvement of your projects, portfolio, essays, and application materials, but do not create work or write application materials on the student's behalf. All final deliverables must be the student's own work.
-
Information, images, experience, and achievements included in projects and application materials must be factual. Requests to fabricate information, use others' work, or create materials that misrepresent the facts will not be accepted.
-
Feedback provided in sessions is based on the materials the student shares and their progress at that time. Final design decisions, school choices, whether to apply, and what to submit are the student's own responsibility.
-
Application requirements, deadlines, portfolio specifications, language scores, and other submission conditions vary by school and may change. Students must check each school's official guidelines before applying.
-
Students are responsible for checking and managing application portal entries, fee payments, submission of transcripts, recommendation letters, and official language test scores, and final completion of their applications.
-
Program effectiveness may vary depending on the student's attendance, working time, completion of assignments, and how well feedback is incorporated. Attending regular sessions alone does not automatically mean finished work or achieved goals.
-
Feedback and communication outside sessions are provided within the scope stated for each program. Round-the-clock responses, urgent deadline support, or additional reviews beyond the enrolled scope may not be included.
-
Schedule changes, absences, make-up sessions, carryovers, and refunds are handled according to each program's policies. Sessions missed for personal reasons may be counted as used, according to guidelines provided in advance.
-
Mentors and invited reviewers may be assigned or changed depending on the field of work, target country, schedule, and operating circumstances. When needed, mentors from other specialties may join reviews within the program.
-
Other participants' projects, personal information, and application materials shared during sessions may not be disclosed externally or reused. Participants must respect each other's work and information.
-
Students retain copyright to the projects and portfolios they create. If Beyond Chapter wishes to use examples of student work for promotional or educational purposes, separate consent will be obtained in advance.
-
Recording classes, capturing screens, or sharing materials externally is not permitted without prior consent. Class materials and templates provided by Beyond Chapter may be used for personal learning purposes only.
-
If the schedule changes due to health issues, internet outages, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances, we will provide alternative schedules or formats where possible.
